ONE: What is it?
The program consists of you working out here with us at Crazy Beautiful CbFitclub and Studio 3-5 days per week for the next 8 weeks.
Now, the workouts will be fun, high energy, and challenging. We will be featuring our CBFIT method, along with some other surprises for the most effective Bootcamp YET!
Don’t worry, you can work at your own fitness level and increase the intensity as your fitness level improves. You can expect to be motivated and encouraged to challenge yourself, because that’s what we do best and that’s why our fitness programs work so well.
Now the key to the success of CBFITCLUB’s rapid fat loss system and total body toning program is the coveted “Afterburn Effect” that I mentioned above.
This is where we train you in a specific way so that we not only get the most muscle toning and fat loss out of every workout…
…but we also make sure that you enter “Afterburn.” This is when you still have an elevated metabolism for a period of up to 48 hours or so even after your workout, which means more fat burning effect then just your typical run-of-the-mill workout.
The type of training we do together is what’s going to put your body into “Afterburn” and that’s the secret to faster results in a lot less time.
