I LOVE bootcamp! I was intimidated when I started BC Fit thinking it would be too advanced and I couldn’t hang and would feel stupid. I was wrong! Drew was such a good coach. He showed me the correct way to excerise and never got frustrated when I asked if My form was right, over and over again. In the beginning I couldn’t do mountain climbers or burpee’s for 30 sec and that was ok. Now I can. Both Jodi and Drew encourage me in class when I want to give up. For me the biggest thing I get from CB is help in getting me get through the mental hump and pushing myself into a state of holistic health through education and friendships. Love it!!!
